Kathinka Salzmann, PhD, co-founded HarmonyCom, an immersive program that aims to refine posture, establish voice, and position oneself accurately through play and experimentation. Trained in Paris, Berlin, and Switzerland, she has worked as an assistant director (Omar Porras, Dominique Ziegler) and tour administrator at the Théâtre de Carouge, and was a research assistant for the Bodmer Lab at UNIGE. Winner of the first prize of the jury “My thesis in 180 seconds” (Geneva final 2024) and the Hentsch Prize 2024 for her first novel, she now coaches professionals in the art of communication and presence.
