Samuel Gay

Senior Consultant

Samuel Gay holds a Master’s degree in psychology from the University of Lausanne and an MAS in development studies from the Graduate Institute in Geneva. In addition to his professional activities, he is a certified project manager, professional coach and adult trainer.

He began his career by investing in social and humanitarian work in Switzerland and abroad. Interested in human resources and organizational coaching, Samuel continued his career in large-scale public and semi-public companies, first as a project manager, then as a senior executive. Passionate about change management and individual and collective support, he then turned to professional transition and management consulting.

Active for several years in the corporate consulting field, Samuel has developed a wealth of experience in coaching, assessments and management training.
