Hugues Salle is a highly adaptable and solution-oriented senior Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience across various industries and professional services. He applies his expertise to complex business challenges, delivering innovative solutions in areas such as people performance, organizational culture and development, talent acquisition, Lean manufacturing, business integration, organizational design, and change management.
Hugues began his career in the hospitality industry, initially focusing on finance before transitioning into Human Resources with JTI. He worked 4 years at SITA in corporate Compensation & Benefits. In 2001, he joined Alcoa, where he spent 15 years in various regional and global HR leadership roles. In 2014, Hugues co-founded a Swiss company specializing in athlete coaching. Since 2017, he has led people strategy at CHA Technologies, a global textile manufacturer based in Switzerland. Additionally, since 2019, he has been providing HR consulting services in career transition, skills assessment, and leadership coaching
