Anne-Françoise Balleys holds a Master’s degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland. She has completed her academic career with accreditations in psychometric assessment and coaching training, so that she can offer support tailored to her clients’ needs.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, during which time she has held management and executive positions in various international organisations at local, Swiss, European and global level. This experience has enabled her to develop expertise in organisational development, change management, skills assessment, talent management and leadership development. Her professional career has also given her a solid understanding of HR issues in different cultural and organisational contexts. Before joining Novelia, Anne-Françoise worked as a Career and Competency Management Consultant for a Lausanne-area firm for 4 years.
Quadrilingual (French, English, German and Italian), Anne-Françoise combines rigour, professionalism and the ability to listen, to help her clients develop pragmatic HR solutions that deliver real added value to companies seeking to optimise their human capital.
