Sophie Dubuis

Sophie has an MBA from HEC Geneva and training in coaching, and has been active in coaching since 2019. She founded her own company, sow consulting. Fluent in 3 languages, she was Director of Bucherer Geneva, where she successfully reorganised the structure and renovated the Rue du Rhône building. She began her career in Zurich and then Fribourg in the tourism sector before moving to Geneva in 2005. She was assistant director at Palexpo and then managed the Geneva International Conference Centre (CICG) for seven years.

She is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Migros Genève, having previously chaired the Geneva Tourism & Convention Foundation. A member of the Board of Directors of Banque Cantonale de Genève and Suisse Tourisme, she is also Vice-Chairwoman of the Zurich-based Union Patronale Suisse. Sophie is an expert in management and strategy. With her focus on achievement and people, she offers personalised support.
