Philip specializes in strategic consulting, coaching and assessment.

Of British origin, he trained in ethnomethodology and co-administered the Market Research Laboratory at the Haute Ecole de Gestion de Genève from 2008 to 2011, specializing in socio-empirical studies, human behavior and finance.

It is through his missions as a coach, lecturer in operational management and above all as a consultant in management and skills assessment and development that Philip was able to refine but also realize his deep motivation to identify and harmonize the needs and the expectations of individuals and of the companies in which they work.

He is a graduate of the Coaching Institute (IDC), certified trainer (FSEA) and holds a Masters in Management and Services Engineering (MScBA). He is also a certified Nova profil, Reiss and Hogan Assessments analyst.
